Return and Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we are happy to help.

Return Period

You have 14 days from receipt of your order to initiate a return. After this period, we unfortunately cannot accept returns or exchanges.

Return Requirements

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

Unused and in perfect condition
In its original packaging
Accompanied by proof of purchase or order confirmation

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

Hygiene items (e.g., mouthpieces, sweatbands), if opened
Items that have obviously been used or damaged

Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact us by email at vinckluis3@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We will get back to you within 2 business days.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email of its approval or rejection. If approved, the refund will be automatically credited to your original payment method. This may take a few days depending on your bank or credit card company.
